•All flowers presented in the Website may not always be available for purchase and subject to their seasons and availability.      Amarante reserves the right to replace any flowers with another flower of same or greater value.

•You can choose the main flowers, but for the additional flowers and foliages will be change every week depend on the season.

•When your flowers doesn’t meet our quality standards, we will substitute them to other flower with an equivalent value and    quality without mention you again. Make sure you give us an alternative color when you put your order.

•You can request a specific flower, but make sure place your order 1 - 2 weeks before the delivery date.

ORDER & PAYMENT

​

•During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, together with those of the  intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

•We accept payment by local bank transfer (BCA).

•Your order will be confirmed and put into our delivery schedule as soon as full payment has been made.

•Once the payment is made for a certain order, there’s no cancellation & refund.

DELIVERY

​

•You can’t change the delivery date after we book your flowers.

•You can change the delivery place at least 1 day before the delivery date.

•You can change your message in the card at least 1 day before the delivery date.

•Please provide correct address details to avoid unnecessary delay. For undelivered products due to wrong delivery address that  given to us, we will deliver again with additional delivery charged.

•All information of the sender must be genuine and the phone numbers must be contactable. 

•Our delivery time is start from 9 AM till 5 PM (Monday-Saturday).

•Due to unpredictable traffic, we can’t provide you for a really specific time of delivery.

•During rain, delivery will be postponed & it will be back on track after the rain stopped. Expect some delay in rainy season.
